The list goes on. Keep it simple is almost always the best policy. Most people overthink the role as bartender by losing fact that the person they are serving drinks to want a well-balanced drink in a few minutes. Don’t overdo it by trying to grab a lot of different ingredient

Best Ways to Mix Drinks
• Stirring, use a bar spoon to slowly stir the drink.
• Shaken, using a shaker, shake all ingredients with Ice.
• Blending, blend all ingredients with Ice for Frozen Drink.
There are other techniques such as Muddling for Mojitos. A muddler is a tool bartender use to extract the oils from herbs or fruits to give a stronger flavor. For example with the mojito, muddle bar syrup with mint leaves for the mint flavor. There are some drinks that will require 1 or 2 of these methods.
I have found the best drinks are shaken other than the margarita that has 4 ingredients. Most people like drinks with 3 ingredients or less. Keep it simple, simple is always better! To get more mixology tips Sign Up for Barhop’s Online Bar Class. A super cool webinar on how to become a Bartender!!
