Honey Glazed Salmon Recipe

Heat 1/4 teaspoon olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Sautee garlic in olive oil until almost brown.
Next mix sautéed garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, brown sugar, sea salt(salt), black pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl; keep 6 tablespoons of sauce, then pour into Ziploc bag. Add salmon fillets, toss in Ziploc bag to coat fillets, release air from the bag and seal. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for about an hour.
Remove Salmon Fillets from the marinade. Discard remainder of sauce.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place fillets in the skillet, pour 3 Tablespoons of marinade on the salmon in skillet, and cover; cook until filets are brown on both sides and completely cooked, occasionally pour sauce from skillet over fillets while cooking, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Sautee Garlic
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
(Add to sauce)
Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon honey
1/3 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Cook Process
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon(marinated)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt(salt)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
***Top Salmon Fillets with remaining sauce (optional), garnish with fresh Homemade Pico & a lime!
